Chatham announces 2026 video team
Additions to the 2026 Chatham Anglers Media Team were announced by the Chatham Athletic Association Friday. Benjamin Corbitt, Julia Szymanski, Kerri Finnegan, Sophia O'Brien and James McTague will lead video coverage.

Corbitt comes to Chatham as a rising freshman at Syracuse University while Szymanski will be a junior at the University of Southern California. Finnegan is a recent graduate of Fordham University, O'Brien is a rising junior at Syracuse and McTague will be a sophomore at Marist University.

Corbitt will handle broadcast and stat sheet production for all home games. Finnegan, O'Brien and Szymanski will produce live broadcast content and craft video features. McTague will work alongside Chatham's visual team.

"We're excited to welcome students with a strong commitment to visual storytelling," CAA Media Consultant Dan D'Uva said. "This group brings valuable experience, technical skill and a desire to push the boundaries of visual storytelling.

"We look forward to the dynamic coverage they will provide throughout the season. Their work will help bring fans closer to the action, and we'll see their creativity and vision reflected across our website, live broadcasts and digital platforms."

The five join broadcasters Chase Abrams and Jake Klein along with beat writers Mauricio Palmar and Harris Pemberton on Chatham's 2026 Media Team. The Anglers begin their season Saturday in Bourne.

Benjamin Corbitt | Producer

An incoming freshman at Syracuse University, Corbitt enters his first summer with the Chatham Anglers as producer. At Saint Ignatius College Prep in Chicago, he founded Wolfpack Media, a student sports broadcasting organization for which he served as a play-by-play commentator for football, basketball and soccer games. He also served as a sports writer for The Spirit, Saint Ignatius' student newspaper. Corbitt is also an accomplished chess player and volleyball athlete.

Julia Szymanski | Associate Producer

Szymanski, a rising junior at the University of Southern California, begins her first year with the Anglers. A longtime Chatham summer resident, she serves as the associate producer, working with the broadcasting team and producing media and marketing content. At school, she directs and produces live news broadcasts for USC's TV network and writes for Annenberg Media, the student media publication.

Kerri Finnegan | Videographer

Finnegan, a recent graduate of Fordham University, joins the Anglers for her first season. At school, she has been the social media manager for Fordham Hockey for four years and has worked in broadcast and production with Fordham Athletics and platforms like ESPN and SNY since her freshman year. Off campus, she has worked for Jomboy Media as a content production intern as well as Diaz's Football as a marketing intern.

Sophia O'Brien | Visual Specialist

A rising junior at Syracuse University, O'Brien enters her first summer in Chatham. At Syracuse, she's an on-air talent at Orange Television Network, the school's television and radio station; and at student-run TV station CitrusTV. She serves as an executive producer of OTN's Think Tank and social media creator for Live From Studio B. O'Brien spent six years as a host of New England Sports Network's children's Boston Red Sox TV show, NESN Clubhouse, earning four nominations and one Emmy win in 2019 in the Children/Youth category.

James McTague | Media Team Assistant

A rising sophomore at Marist University, McTague enters his second full season with the Chatham A's. At Marist, McTague is the full-time play-by-play voice of Marist baseball on the Red Fox Network. During the winter months, he is a play-by-play broadcaster for Marist men's and women's basketball on campus radio station WMAR. McTague also serves as a sideline reporter for Marist football and volleyball. Also an accomplished choral singer, McTague has performed in various venues, including historic Carnegie Hall in New York City.
