CHATHAM, Mass. — The Chatham Athletic Association today announced its broadcast team for the 2026 Chatham Anglers season.
Chase Abrams, a sophomore at the University of Rhode Island, and Jake Klein, a junior at Syracuse University, will provide play-by-play for every regular season and postseason Chatham game on the Cape Cod Baseball Network. Their first broadcast is set for June 13 when Chatham visits Bourne.
“Chase and Jake have immersed themselves in sports broadcasting from a young age.” CAA Media Consultant Dan D'Uva said. "Their extensive experience brings a professional polish, and we can hear the passion in their voices.
"With Chase and Jake as our play-by-play companions, Anglers fans will enjoy informative and entertaining broadcasts each night. Chase and Jake are bright, likable and two of the country's most talented student broadcasters. They're eager to continue our long tradition of broadcast excellence.
"We're particularly proud to see Jake continue to shine in this role, having been a Chatham fan since childhood and involved with the Anglers since 2020. We're also delighted that our booth will have two Massachusetts natives for the first time."
Fans can enjoy all of Abrams and Klein’s broadcasts at no cost through Chatham’s long-time service provider
TRZ Teamline. All games, home and away, can be heard online and by a toll-free telephone number, 1-800-846-4700, code 3841. A multi-camera HD video stream accompanies home broadcasts on TRZ Teamline, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook and Cape League TV. Home games can be heard on 89.9 FM in Chatham.
The Anglers Extra Pregame Show begins 20 minutes before each game, featuring “The Manager’s Show” with Chatham skipper Dennis Cook and “Catch of the Day” with a player guest. The Anglers Extra Postgame Show follows each game, complete with highlights and interviews.
