Chatham announces broadcast team for 2024 season
CHATHAM, Mass. — The Chatham Athletic Association today announced its broadcast team for the 2024 Cape Cod Baseball League season.

Andrew Selover, a junior at Syracuse University, and Jack Smith, a junior at the University of Southern California, will provide play-by-play for every regular season and postseason game on the Cape Cod Baseball Network. Their first broadcast together will be June 15 when Chatham visits Wareham.

“As we enter our third decade of play-by-play broadcasting, we’re excited to have Andrew back for a second summer and to welcome Jack for his first,” CAA Media Consultant Dan D'Uva said.

“Andrew continues our strong connection to the renowned Newhouse School at Syracuse. His education, familiarity with Chatham and strong leadership skills will benefit our entire media team. Jack is our first student from USC Annenberg’s distinguished journalism program. We’re eager to incorporate his experience and perspective to further enhance our media efforts.

“Andrew and Jack are model student journalists who possess professionalism beyond their years. With impressive baseball backgrounds and diligent commitment to craft, Andrew and Jack will deliver a fun and informative listen every night. I can’t wait to hear them talking baseball in June.”

Fans can enjoy all of Selover and Smith’s broadcasts at no cost through Chatham’s long-time service provider TRZ Teamline. All games, both home and away, can be heard online and by a toll-free telephone number, 1-800-846-4700, code 3841. Broadcasts of home games feature a multi-camera HD video stream on TRZ Teamline, YouTube, Twitter/X and Facebook. Home games can be heard on 89.9 FM in Chatham.

The “Anglers Extra” pregame show begins 20 minutes before each game, featuring “The Manager’s Show” with Jeremy Sheetinger and “Catch of the Day” with a player guest. The “Anglers Extra” postgame show follows each game, complete with highlights and interviews.

Interviews, highlights and additional broadcast content will be published on the Chatham Anglers’ digital media channels, including YouTube and SoundCloud. More information about Chatham broadcasts and the Cape Cod Baseball Network is available at Broadcast Central.
