Motivated by her love of the game, Georgia has been a CAA member since 2001. She is the mom of a former bat boy and brings her
perspective to the job of coordinating the bat boys. A former IBM Systems engineer and project manager, Georgia is married and has two
children. Previously a member, and then coordinator, of the dugout-dinners program for the Anglers, she has managed the bat boys for the
past 13 years. Georgia handles the scheduling, equipment and uniforms for the Bat Boys during the nine-week season. She also created
a bat-boys “Run Book” which explains to each bat boy prior to the start of the season their role in supporting the team. Much is expected
of the Anglers’ bat boys! Bat boys keep essentially the same “game-time” hours as the players, working hard to ensure the team’s success.
