2015 Scholarship Guidelines

                                    Award: up to 4 scholarships of $ 500.00 - $ 1000.00 each

Eligibility: Any high school (Chatham resident) senior graduating from Monomoy Regional High School, who has been accepted in an accredited college, may apply. They should have demonstrated athletic involvement and exhibited good sportsmanship. Additionally, the applicant should have a minimum of 2.75 GPA, participated in extra – curricular activities and contributed to the Chatham community through volunteer work.

Application:

·         Letter of application detailing education, high school academics and athletic achievements (click here to request an application; put "Scholarship application" in subject line of email):

·         2 letters of recommendations

·         Student transcripts

 Payment: Each scholarship recipient will receive his/her award upon successful completion of their first semester after providing transcripts showing a minimum 2.75 GPA along with proof of their second semester course selection.
