Nolan Schubart hugs Tate Ballestero prior to Chatham’s matchup with the Commodores. Schubart, who’s wrapping up Ballestero in his arms, led the A’s offense with two hits in four at-bats as Chatham took Falmouth down 4–1.

Chatham pitcher Matt “Tugboat” Wilkinson re-enters the dugout during his second relief appearance against Yarmouth-Dennis. He finished the contest conceding just one hit after fanning two batters in the Anglers’ 2–1 victory. “Tugboat” has yet to allow a run this summer in nine innings pitched.

Starter Trey Gibson delivers a pitch, his right leg extended, in Chatham’s third matchup of the season with Y-D. Though Gibson shutout the Red Sox in the top of the first inning, he conceded seven runs in the second frame during the Anglers’ eventual 11–5 loss.
