This season's Fourth of July contest against Orleans will happen at Eldridge Park. The Anglers defeated the Firebirds 7-1 at Veterans Field last year, ending a streak of eight games without a win. Chatham heads home after the Fourth of July to play Orleans again at Veterans Field. It will play the Firebirds on July 28 and finish the regular season on Aug. 2 at Eldridge Park.

The Cape Cod Baseball League returned to its 44-game schedule last season after playing six less in 2021. The All-Star game will be at Harwich?s Whitehouse Field on July 22 at 6:00 p.m. Five Chatham players were named All-Stars in 2022.

Chatham will play the reigning champs, Bourne, at Veterans Field on June 19 and June 29. The Braves will host the Anglers on June 28 and July 11.

After a final off-day on Aug. 3, the CCBL playoffs start on Aug. 4 and last until Aug. 12. The Anglers didn?t qualify for the postseason in 2022 as Orleans secured the East Division?s final playoff spot. The Anglers last made the playoffs in 2019, dropping back-to-back games in the East Divisional Series against Harwich.
